Have your mail forwarded when you move home

When you move home, your mail moves with you. A mail forwarding order ensures that your mail will still reach you reliably and safely even when you move to a new address.

If you move home, we’ll redirect your mail to your new residence. You should inform us of your new address no later than three days before the move, and for an express surcharge we will execute your order on the next working day.

Private customers can also issue forwarding orders over the phone. The service number to call is 0848 33 22 11. A credit card is required for this type of order. Our post offices will also be pleased to accept forwarding orders. Please make sure you bring along a valid form of ID.
