15.12.2009 Recall of Kopp/Design GO global travel adaptor  

Swiss Post is recalling the Kopp/Design GO global travel adaptor. Although there are no safety risks, according to the Technical Monitoring Association (TÜV) in Germany, a check conducted on behalf of the Swiss Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations (ESTI) revealed certain shortcomings. This adaptor should therefore no longer be used in Switzerland.

Customers who purchased this adaptor from Swiss Post may return it with the receipt and/or original packaging at a PostShop (see list) and will receive a full refund.
