Swiss Post takes over Irish customer retention specialist

Press release dated 05.01.2012

Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), a Group unit of Swiss Post, has taken over the Irish company FMC Insights Ltd. with immediate effect. It operates under the name 20-20 Insights and specializes in IT-based marketing solutions in the customer retention (loyalty marketing) field. SPS has already completed a number of different projects with 20-20. The takeover will enable SPS to expand its offering in the customer retention segment and offer customers even more comprehensive service packages. 20-20 will be fully integrated into the SPS Global Services division. It was agreed that the purchase price would not be disclosed.

20-20 is based in Dublin and has made a name for itself internationally in just a short time with its customer retention software. It has a strong client base in the retail sector and consumer goods market in Ireland and the UK. SPS will take over the company's proprietary software and will thus increase its competitiveness in the customer retention segment in the key UK market.

In addition to loyalty programme management, SPS offers other solutions for optimizing the relationship between business customers and their customers in the fields of billing & payment, e-commerce, document output, customer relationship management (CRM) and value and security cards.

Interface to electronic services
