The customer service is the first port of call for customer enquiries by telephone. Employees can help customers in German, French, Italian and English.
The customer service centre is staffed from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m (CET).
