You supply us with the incoming mail as a mixed pile of papers. We do the rest:

  • Scan your incoming mail into an image
  • Classify the image according to the document type
  • Extract system-readable data via OCR
  • Allocate the document using an intelligent set of rules to an administrator or team for processing

This set of rules for automated mail processing also makes it possible to feed orders directly into your CRM system or to allocate documents in workflow systems directly to the correct transaction.
