PromoPost Tool supports you as you plan and dispatch your items, allowing you to generate all the necessary documents, such as place/distribution lists, orders, waybills and bundle slips. So always enter all your PromoPost orders in this application.

Working with PromoPost Tool not only enables you to enter your orders quickly and easily. It also allows you to choose from a wider range of products and value-added services and provides you with all the necessary documents.

Register at «My Post Business» to log in and access the password-protected Internet applications for Swiss Post business customers. You can then call up PromoPost Tool and use all the PromoPost offerings. By doing so, you can also pay for your orders by invoice or by having them charged directly to your postal account.

Entering an order in PromoPost Tool

Your orders must be entered in PromoPost Tool in full so that we can then fulfil them according to your requirements. Issue your orders as early as possible, but no more than three months in advance. Once issued, an order is binding. Distribution lists containing more than 50 places should be confirmed in PromoPost Tool no later than three working days (Monday to Friday) before the planned mailing date.
