PromoPost - Hand in consignments
Mailing your PromoPost quickly and easilyThe success of the campaign you are planning also hinges on the items being handled as smoothly as possible. Different acceptance points are responsible for you, depending on the size of the order: while you can mail small PromoPost orders at any post office, it is best to drop off larger orders at our letter centres.
Mailing date
Please note that the day on which items are mailed determines the date on which they are delivered. The mailing date on the waybill is binding. If items are mailed early or late, the desired delivery date cannot be met.
Delivery documents
When mailing your PromoPost items, please bring the waybill generated in PromoPost Tool and a sample copy of the item.
At the right place
So that we can handle your items as smoothly as possible and provide the service as advertised, we need larger orders in particular to be dropped off at locations with the necessary infrastructure in place. The business customer counters at the letter centres are ideal for this. Small orders can be mailed at any post office in Switzerland (excluding agencies).
PromoPost Tool helps you to select the best acceptance point. Using the total volume calculated and the total weight of the order, it gives you a list of possible drop-off points.
It is not possible to pay for PromoPost orders in cash at the business customer counters. Payment can be made by invoice or by having the amount charged to a postal account.
