Information on Dispomail Easy

"Dispomail Easy" is available from 1 June 2011. The difference between this service and Dispomail is the automatic billing of the postage price using the individual "Dispomail Easy" barcode label.

Simplified mailing

Once the barcode label has been affixed, Dispomail Easy items are already franked. No additional preparation, such as providing a dispatch list, is required before mailing. This means you spend less time getting your Dispomail ready for dispatch. You can affix the "Dispomail Easy" barcode once, or before you post each item.

Monitoring

Your monthly invoice will include a statement listing all the details of your daily Dispomail Easy consignments.

Transparency

Thanks to electronic Track & Trace, you can obtain up-to-date information on the status of your Dispomail Easy consignments at any time.

Registration via My Post Business

Registration is quick and easy at Swiss Post's business customer portal My Post Business. You can also order barcodes online.
